"It’s massive and very impressive. Everything worked and was clean. My 5 year old loved it. Parking is $7, but the parking is so convenient."

"It’s getting two stars because there are some super COOL exhibits here that my child loves, however our first two experiences here have not been very good. We bought a year family membership recently and first visited on a Saturday. As I see others have mentioned, there seems to be little to no limitation of ticket sales/crowds. It was almost impossible for my children to play with anything and there were very little staff to help control the situation. Our next visit was a Tuesday which unfortunately started off with a very rude employee named Melody making me feel bad for asking questions and being a little aggravated that I paid $200 for a family membership and I still didn’t have a card yet and was still being asked to pay for parking even though that is supposed to come with my membership. Once we got past that, it was a much more enjoyable experience due to the lack of the crowd this time. Then we came into part of the kids zone and because he was in the habit of touching and exploring everything, my child ran over to one of many uncovered electrical outlets and attempted to stick his tiny finger in it. Lucky for us I stopped him in time. This is a huge safety issue. I counted atleast 3 uncovered outlets in that one room. All down low within reach of the small children that play in there. No rooms designed for small children to play in should have any uncovered outlets. I was kind of blown away by the lack of safety in a place largely designed for children. Overall, we already have a membership (hopefully I get my access soon so I can have full use of it) so we will make the best of it, but I don’t foresee us renewing and definitely would NOT recommend to anyone who would need to mainly come on weekends."

"This place looks pretty cool however it get one star solely for the fact that they don’t limit capacity or they do a very poor job of it. This place was so crowded that you couldn’t do anything. The staff had no control over the crowd, parents were letting their kids destroy the place. The was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had at a science center. Save your time/ money and go someplace else. Btw, we went at 1:30pm on a Thursday."

"We celebrated by daughter’s 8th birthday at the Science Center. When I booked the space, the team of people were so organized and professional. She had the Jurassic theme. The party coordinator kept a very good line of communication with me up until the party. She went over details and even when things changed; I was able to email her with the updates. She always responded very quickly. My entire family and friends were blown away by how beautiful all the decorations were and how the party host were so friendly and accommodating. Special touches that I appreciated, the party room had its own bathroom, they incorporated my daughters favorite colors, the activities were tastefully done. The team of hosts, Carmen, Brittney and Shelby were way beyond fantastic. Anyone that helped with the birthday party deserves so much kudos!"
