"Dave was great.. helpful with the whole transaction. Update- unit was delivered damaged … so now a replacement part order is being entered and once we get we can then call to schedule a technician to come to our place to repair if possible… all because we didn’t pay for premium delivery (extra $40) to have an opportunity to refuse the delivery and get a replacement unit. Even though there is no assembly required… just remove the plastic wrap… rather disappointing."
