"Had an excellent experience working with Mona the salesperson, Ryan the sales manager and the rest of the team at the Gate Parkway location in Jacksonville. The furniture is great, nice looking and solidly built. The delivery was right on time and professionally handled by the delivery workers. Mona was excellent who I found to have integrity, knowledge of the products and good taste in her suggestions to help me make the final choices. There were some bumps in the road as the saying goes. Ryan stepped up to assist in replacing some furniture items that were not up to par. His attention to me as a customer I felt was exemplary. He saw that the replacement was done expeditiously. Ryan and the Baers organization are upping their game towards total customer satisfaction. I do recommend checking out Baers for a quality furniture buying experience."

"Spent over 8k on a sectional that has defective cushions. You sink when you sit down. 4 of the 5 cushions went bad. Not what I expected from a higher-end manufacturer. Took 1 month trying to reach someone from service to come out and look at them. Finally, in January someone came out and confirmed I needed replacement cushions. After 3 weeks got a phone call from Bears customer service stating there is nothing they could do because it was normal tear and wear. I requested the technician report to be provided to me, but I was told they could not provide me with the technician and pictures. I was promised for over 3 weeks that I would get a call back from the upper manager never did. Since I can’t get anyone to call me back maybe this review will be read by someone higher up that can resolve my problem. So the agony continues but I’m over it, exhausted, and definitely never stepping foot in their stores again. Good luck to anyone trying to deal with a repair or warranty issue. Sad to say I’ve had much better experience with the less expensive furniture stores out there. In this case you DON’T get what you paid for!!!! And for the record as you can see no one has responded to this review but that’s no surprise."

"We have bought furniture from Baers’ for several years. Our sales person Sylvia is knowledgeable, attentive but laid back. As she has gotten to know us and our taste in furniture, she has been most helpful in pointing us toward pieces that she knows will fit our style. The people in the finance office are always friendly but very professional. The delivery of our furniture is always on time and the delivery folks are most eager to make sure we are happy with our furniture and their service. I would highly recommend Baer’s for quality furniture and excellent service."

"I recently built a new home and worked with Lisa Phelan @ Baer to help furnish several rooms. I highly recommend her as she is an interior designer who considers all aspects of the room when assisting you with your purchases. On more than one occasion, she recommended pieces that I initially declined but later purchased. We probably changed my order at least 4 times and Lisa was patient during the process. I will warn you Baer is addictive. I would often go to make a payment or just to look at the art or fabrics to get ideas and would leave with furniture. They are not the cheapest in town but they have high quality pieces backed by a great guarantee. If you are looking for excellent service, high quality and professional experience- then Baer and Lisa Phelan are for you."
