"They don't have consistent inventory on vital household goods. For example, I've been trying to get a broom for weeks. That's something I've always gotten from them. I've been trying to get 1 more bowl to finish my set for a month. I got the whole set minus the bowl at one visit. I can get it from them online but they will only send a minimum of 6. They are not good at keeping staff. I like getting to know the people waiting on me."
"On 10/16/20 I attempted to replace my incorrect the purchased of 5 iPhone glass cover and the manager John refused to exchange my purchase because I did not have a physical receipt even though I should my Apple Pay receipt. I asked for him to look me up on his system but he told he was not able. This is unacceptable behavior this days of age. I recommend anyone purchasing here to make sure that their receipt is never lost as common curtesy does not exist here."
