"Another man took my food, and in about 5 minutes later he came back and apologized that he took it. We asked if they could remake it, but they never did. We gave them another 5 minutes to see if they would, but they were too busy gossiping about how that it was funny. As we left they said have a great day, as I threw away the food that the man brought back. It’s not okay to have a complete stranger take your food, and expect the other person to just accept what just happened. We should have had that order remade."
"My drink was made wrong and they corrected it with no issues and they caught the mistake before I drove off. This store has a rare quality in employees. Nobody had attitudes or got short. As a traveler who loves coffee I appreciate that"
"I use to regular this location. Prior to the hurricane my office was down the road. The drive thru was always backed up, this is a historic problem with this location. Today, because I was on my way to our new office I decided to stop and get coffee and breakfast. Drive thru wasn't backed up, but the girl taking the orders didn't listen, kept asking me to repeat what I asked for missed parts, and kept saying anything else. She sounded bored and as if taking orders was an inconvenience. After repeating my order 6 times I said never mind, I'd go elsewhere. I pulled up to the window and asked to speak with the manager, he was rude and defensive. I told him he needed someone else taking orders, his excuse was it's hard to hear because of the road and she's learning. He cockily told me thanks for my input. I used to be a manager at McDonalds and Checkers while in college before I entered in my career field- it's the tone of your voice, the words you say. If this girl was learning she should of had a trainer listening and jump in after the third time of her missing the order. A good manager would have jumped on and apologized for the inconvenience. I rarely complain at restaurants or drive thrus, I know their struggle, but I swear, this location needs someone to fix this place. I ended up going to Starbucks. Paid more but better service. Only said my order once and the guy didn't sound like I ruined his day."
"The dining room was closed. It’s much easier for the employees just to have drive-through open. Male cashier at the drive-through never said you’re welcome after I told him thank you two times did not put napkins in the bag or a knife for the cream cheese and gave me three or four cream cheeses for one bagel. I think there is a great opportunity here for training and procedures and customer service."
"I really really really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I work nearby and frequent this place so I thought it would be fair to walk in before work and do a review as if it was my first time. The place is super clean. I was given plenty of time to decide what I wanted. While I waited, I took pictures of the inside building, sure to not take any pictures of patrons or employees. Unfortunately, two of the women working there, putting up signs outside noticed me and were visible annoyed and or alarmed of my behavior…as if they had bever seen some one conduct a review/audit of thier business. The gentleman who served me was super friendly and helpful and Is the main reason for me wanting to make this a 5 star review. As I left, one of the ladies decided to take a picture of my license plate, which is extremely alarming. Read that again. A Dunkin Donuts employee took a photo of my car and license plate even though my interaction with the other employees were super friendly and unconcerning."
