"Customer service is very very poor. I had a issue with a $2023.00 sectional. It broke after two days and the sales staff gave me all kinds of bs about exchanging it. After 6 phones calls and a lot of stress the owner called me. He is the best. He exchanged it without any problem. It’s sad that the owner of the store had to call me to fix this issue. I am very glad he went out of his way to make things right. Thank you. The delivery guys were very good as well. If I could only deal with the owner I would buy more things from them."
