"Horrible company! Can not talk to anyone. No person, automated maze with no answers... You can text but be prepared to be on text for over and hour... They lost photo. Then sent only one photo ( casual photo) not the other two, most important one being the cap and gown never sent. This an extremally important event and this company is absolutely the worst!!!!!"
