"As a former 5Below employee I am absolutely appalled by the state of this bathroom, family's are expected to use this facility and feel as if they are valued customers. I understand this location is not in the best part of town but that is no reason for the extent of uncleanliness, the worst part about is that it appears someone made an attempt but gave up as soon as they started , the bathroom has a suffocating stench that will leave you stunned."

"Just shopped the newest Bradenton location for five below. Incorrect pricing on shirts. When I asked the clerk for help, she said only a manager can do overrides and it was her day off. So instead of performing other options to help, the clerk just left me standing there dumbfounded. So Five Below: do you not train you staff to do basic tasks or do you expect your lone manager to be there 24/7 to handle all problems?"

"The store has changed a lot since I last been there. Which was years ago but loved the change. A very nice place to take your family of any age. p:S I do think customers service could be a little nicer to there customers."

"DO NOT BELIEVE THE HOLIDAY HOURS SCHEDULE!! Workers were very rude when I asked about the holiday hours. I had went on two separate days because online it says holiday hours closing time is 10 PM. I arrived at 8:50 PM and the door was locked. I looked at the window to see if the hours were different but it also said on the window HOLIDAY HOURS. I called the store while I was outside and asked about their closing hour and the worker that answered the phone did not give me a straight forward answer. Meanwhile, there were three workers inside the store. Update your hours!!"
