"I love a good bookstore, and so do my kids. Came in fairly recently with my son's to look for a possible Christmas idea's and was sadly disappointed with the store. Everything much higher in cost and not having what I wanted, that is happening everywhere these days. I have gotten used to not shopping here or Publix due to higher costs. What I was truly disappointed with was the women's restroom! Highly, highly, disgusting! I complained years ago about these very restrooms, and nothing, NOTHING, has been changed! Cobwebs, rust, mold, damaged toilet seats and ceiling tiles, floor looks unclean, unclean toilets and counters, the list could go on and on! I don't know who, if anyone, is cleaning this bathroom. I can't even imagine what the men's room looks like! The whole thing needs to be completely renovated as I will never go back to that restroom!"

"Pretty lovely the only real problem was that there wasn’t enough employees working. Due to this we had to check out at the coffee store inside. Bummer. But that’s really not the stores fault, as the whole mall seems to be on its final legs."

"Great place for books, obviously. But there is also a good selection of games, toys, puzzles, and book accessories. And they have a coffee shop with trendy and seasonal drinks. The staff is sparse but always helpful and friendly."

"This is a very impressive store. Tons of newboots, plenty of used books, toys, crystals, a coffee shop, discounted books, current bestsellers, and even a Harry Potter table full of goodies. I was surprised to see a huge greeting card area. Sadly, I only saw 4 people working there, and the store must have been at least 5,000 s.f. in size. One was near was in the coffee shop area. One was at each two entrances and one was tidying up. The store was very clean, well organized and well stocked. I can't think of anything they are lacking. And there were plenty of bargains!"
