"Walked in the door at 8:15 for a late dinner and drinks. We and were promptly notified by the unpleasant bar waitress they close at 9 and the kitchen closes at 8:45. Sat at the bar where the menus were pretty much thrown at us and reminded the kitchen closes at 8:45. We ordered a beer, paid for it and left. So sad this waitress totally turned us off and we gave another resturant our business where we were welcomed."

"The burgers are pretty good and I like the nachos. I hate their lack of options for those of us with celiac/ gluten free. French fries are always just lukewarm, never hot. The cook staff needs to learn running and the wait staff should get your food to you faster. It's close and easy but not my favorite."

"While I rarely rate a bar on their food, it is not lost on me that many bars out there have better than expected food. South Beach in Ocean Beach San Diego for their tacos is one such. I was super appreciative of the tasty burger done to a perfect medium rare request. We also had a cod dish that was done perfectly, moist on the inside. So bravo. If you are in the mood for a beer and food, please try this place out"

"First time here and it was delicious! Excellent, friendly service. Daily specials along with a 10 @ $10 menu that makes lunchtime reasonable. We stopped in for Taco Tuesday. 2 tacos(your choice from the menu) with chips and salsa for just $7.99. Perfect portion size and the shrimp tacos were delicious."

"Staff was friendly and attentive. I had the Wednesday night special boneless wings sweet this chili and Nashville hot chicken with a side of curly fries. Chicken was a little crisp but very tasty, We will definitely return. Friend has the mild wing basket. It was a hit."
