"I have a membership, everything is great , music, the front desk girls with nice attitude , food and price (now they have different packages) however I think the parents sometimes ruin the moment, they are overprotecting their little ones which actually is a nice place for social development skills, I have an only child and she goes everywhere and run around trying to make friends and I amazed at how kids acts toward her even parents holding them and acting like bodyguards.. like if my kid had the virus.. I have grown up kids as well so I see the difference between this time and 15 years ago . the older kids aren’t social either, she’s always trying to get the attention, simple hello will make, but at least they aware she’s around .. I is funny to read other reviews and 5 stars cause is not crowded lol really ?? take away your kids then or bring them Friday after 8:00 pm noticed at this time is more quite.. I think that is the reason for the waiver."

"Came here on a Monday and used a Groupon. This place was not crowded whatsoever which was perfect for my group of 4 ranging from 4 to 8. They had a great time. Place was clean with plenty to do."

"Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about having my little guy’s 4th bday here. Especially after reading some of the recent reviews: “dirty” “bad service” “rude manager”. I didn’t experience any of that here - thank the Lord. We spent a hefty amount to have a private room and 20 jumpers, so had I had a bad experience, I would have been really upset. But thankfully that was not the case for me! We had an amazing time and all of our guests were happy. Parents were glad to have their kids spend their energy jumping and having fun with their friend. Our party host was super friendly and attentive, even though I could tell he was a bit overwhelmed. We were not his only party. So I totally understand. He was still respectful and on top of everything. I am concerned about the lack of employees for this place. I barely saw any employees at the trampolines. It took a while to find one to referee the dodgeball game. Regardless, I’m still glad I was able to have the party here without a glitch and not having to clean up the mess at home, so yeah - take my money. If you’re concerned about the cleanliness - it’s a trampoline park with literally thousands of kids - stay home!"
