"Do not use these people. They are hateful and rude. More less told me I was a lier and told my business to other people. And refused to take a partial payment. I have gotten in touch with cooperate."
"Ordered a new piece of equipment online. They never called me when it came in like they said they did. Got to the store today they couldn’t find it get home it’s the wrong piece of equipment. Nothing about it is similar. It’s three to $500 less depending on where you look on The website they are absolutely nothing but thieves…… update never once worked whoever the manager of this place is should be fired and I’ll tell him or her to there face first thing Tuesday morning"
"NEVER GO HERE. I rented a washer and dryer from Aarons but part way into the lease needed to return it because I was moving across the country to an apartment that already had a unit in it. he person who took my request was new to the job and assured me that the pickup would be scheduled for October 6th, for which I duly paid the required month's fees. Regrettably, it appears that he failed to document this information. On the day of October 6th, I called in the morning to confirm the pickup, only to be met with resistance from Stephanie. She asserted that the new employee had not recorded the details, an employee was absent from work, and a truck was out of commission. Her tone was very nasty. She suggested that I coordinate with my landlord (I am a renter) for the pickup, which seemed utterly impractical and unreasonable. My landlord would likely charge me for any items left behind, and furthermore, he is no longer my landlord. When I requested the corporate office's contact information to escalate the matter, Stephanie reluctantly provided it after repeated requests, making the situation feel quite childish and absurd. While I was on the phone with the corporate office, Damien reached out to inquire about my frustration. I explained that I had an early morning departure for New Mexico, leaving me with the urgent need to have the washer and dryer removed since my new apartment already had such appliances. Damien also mentioned the issue with the truck but indicated that they had a replacement. His tone throughout the conversation was condescending, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Ultimately, he agreed to arrange the pickup of the washer and dryer, and they were collected as promised, allowing me to proceed with my relocation. However, my ordeal did not end there. I am now experiencing relentless phone calls from Stephanie every morning at 6:30 AM in my time zone, accompanied by requests (nasty tone recorded) to call back a certain number. I have made numerous attempts to return these calls promptly, but no one at Aarons has answered my calls. This harassment has persisted for two days, and I can provide phone records to substantiate these claims. Go somewhere else. These people are totally unprofessional and just nasty. There are better choices out there."
"This store is the worst whoever the black store manager get mad when you ask about your account I am paying this bill not you sir and please stop getting smart with people because this is not about him is about the consumer. This is the first time I ever missed my payment because my bank card was lost so I called to ask can I pay Saturday which I didn’t make it so I came in Monday (today)my bill went from 78.00 to 167.00 but I end up paying 107.00 only because they couldn’t auto pay so my payment changed. Which is crazy to me but I not really concerned about the payment my concern is him talking to me like a child in front of other consumers which is very unprofessional I wish I can give them back the merchandise."
"Spoke to Damien on Tuesday so he could add me to the delivery for Friday. Never once during our conversation did he say I needed to confirm my identity prior to a delivery OR I physically needed to be there for the delivery. I even told him I’d be in school on Friday and my brother would be there to greet the delivery men. STILL, never said a word. Now today is Friday and I’m being told that they can’t deliver my washer and dryer due to this issue. When I called Damien (obviously upset) he never once apologized for HIS mistake or did any action to resolve my frustration. He only gave me another delivery date and that was it. The customer service I received after his mistake that costs me now money and time out of my brothers day ( plus 2 hour drive) was horrific. Thank you Damien so much. I appreciate my laundry being up to my neck and now I am forced to wait another 3 days for delivery. Side note: find someone at Aaron’s that has great customer service and can resolve a customers issues and take notes. As for Aaron’s customers beware of this “identity confirmation” if you do any online orders so you aren’t in the same situation as me. Savannah Lago"
