"I’ve been going here off and on hoping it would get better but no matter how many times I ask.. my food is always cold! I’ve asked for it to be warmed up more cause it was cold the previous time, I’ve asked for it well done.. but every time it’s cold. I also get an iced coffee with 2 sugars, maybe it’s not common knowledge.. I thought it was but granulated sugar doesn’t dissolve in iced coffee… not real bright. Make sure you ask for liquid sugar or you’ll be chewing on chunks of granulated sugar."

"This store sucks. I called ahead everytime before u drive 45 minutes from Lawtey. To make sure they can accommodate my order. They say "sure no problem at all" on the phone. And when I get there they act all brand new like they have no idea and can't make my order. Gas and time down the drain! I'll start driving to jacksonvilles baskins robbins in the future."

"I placed an online order and the person picking it up was going to be 10 min late so the frozen coffee would be melted, I understand I can't alter an order online and that is fine, what is not fine of that I got what sounded like an app saying they couldn't answer. It wasn't a normal answering service and certainly didn't ring into the actual building. If the store doesn't feel it's important for patrons to be able to reach them I feel like it's probably not the kind of store I should be choosing. I called customer care to see if they had a different number and was told; independent owner, independent rules. My suggestion is go to the one near Walmart instead. This is my second time having an issue with this store in as many orders. Not worth the hassle if another owner near by runs their business more professionally."

"This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. We sat in the drive through after ordering for almost 45 minutes. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese and apple juice. We asked them to toast the bagels, these do not look toasted. We asked them to put cream cheese on them, this is how much they put. The bagels were stale. Do not go here or give them your money. Overall extremely disappointing."
