"meh… for purchases under 5 you can’t use card… so if your total is 3.00 you have to donate 2 bucks or find something else to buy…"
"I was in your store today and got to listen to the cashier and another worker discuss me. I don't believe that's very Christian like so since your cashier wants to discuss me with other people and say she doesn't know why I'm mad at her. I think I should clear this up for everyone. My daughter is only 25 years old back in 2020 she was addicted to drugs, prescription drugs, and illegal drugs. She was stealing my family heirlooms. My grandmothers rings to go and sell to her drug dealer for drugs much to my surprise, the ring we could not find, your cashier just happens to be wearing it so not only is she wearing my dead grandmother's ring. She's selling kids drugs and hiding behind your thrift store hiding behind God and I don't think that's OK. My daughter is 25 years old and may have kidney cancer because your cashier thought it was OK to sell drugs And take stolen property in exchange, so no I'm not angry. I'm disgusted and I am hurt. I am a grieving mother that's going to have to bury her child because of your cashier so make sure you tell her thank you and you need not worry I won't step foot in your thrift store again, and may God help your soul, because what she did is not God's work. As far as I'm concerned, she should be in prison!"
"It's a thrift store yet they're selling mattresses for $700 they are brand new but if you scan the tag it's the exact same price that a store would sell it for like Walmart"
"Edit Feb 2023- still overpriced. It's a general rule of thumb that thrift stores price items at half off or more but not this one. Vintage clothing is often priced at online retail value & nicer things are priced closer to retail than thrift store prices. As a mission this store should really take a step back & ask itself if it's being a blessing to others or if it's here just for profits. It was donated- bless someone with a good deal! I'll be less likely to shop here anymore & I'd definitely encourage those who donate to consider other places who aren't in it for the money. They often write the prices with permanent marker on items that would be valuable otherwise. Unfortunately this store is no longer one of the better options for true thrift shopping. They've started pricing way higher than what thrift stores should. They price a lot of things the same or higher than local antique stores. 2 older style coffee tables will cost around $150, 1 Pyrex dish is $20-$25. This is no longer a place for thrifty finds. A spray painted white rattan coffee table is currently for sale at $129 lol. That's not even logical pricing."
"Good place to find something cheap and affordable stuff you need. You can find treasure that you may find. Friendly staff and very helpful."
