"My husband had been wanting these super expensive Gucci shoes that were not being produced for YEARS. They finally came out with them and I got them for our 10 year wedding anniversary. A few weeks later he spilled gas on them and they were ruined. It was the end of the world that evening especially finding out they no longer sell them in his size due to being out of stock again, just one month later. He tried fixing them himself and made them worse. In desperation I took them to this shop and they said it would take 2 weeks and they would try their best. I called today, only 1 week later, and they said they ended up dying them. My heart sank thinking what if they were ruined more?? To my surprise they look incredible!! As if they came from the factory this way. The staff here is very helpful and clearly know what they are doing. Will come back here for all my shoe needs. Can’t thank you enough!!!!"
