"Went inside to get a to go order. Quick service and the order was perfect. They f just forgot to include napkins."
"Placed a mobile order for in-store pick up (two milkshakes) and waited 15 mins in the lobby while 4 employees visited with each other, laughing, hugging, walking back and forth to the register.. never once asking if I was waiting on an order. Then, with no communication, one decides to finally look at a monitor and slooowwwly start making the two milkshakes. Poorest customer service/work ethic I have experienced at a fast food restaurant. Owner apparently needs to stay on site and supervise operations (or lack there of)"
"I try to give 24 hour locations the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time I’ve been served food that seems likes it’s been siting around for hours over the span of 3 months and the last two times I wish I took a picture. Also employees are rude I for some reason say thank you and counted 4 times when I was handed my card, my drink , my food and when I asked for extra sauce and not once did they bother to say your welcome or utter a single word, I felt like there mad that I’m coming for food lmao"
"Ordered and paid for spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. All I got was a a piece of chicken on a smushed bun. Food can be bad at times as well. Got a cheeseburger today and the bun was chewy and old and the hamburger tasted like vomit. So sick of getting bad quality McDonald's. And of course most employees aren't polite."
