I rented last minute and changed location two days prior, and Gus and George were very helpful in making sure delivery, set up, and pickup happened smoothly. "I had high hopes of using this business. Guss called me a week before my event to confirm. He even advised me that he had to make adjustments to my request because what I wanted was not available. My event was planned for May 8th at 2 pm. I called and spoke to Guss again on May 6th just to double check that everything was good to go. Guss went over my order with me and confirmed for a delivery time of 12pm on May 8th at my address. 12pm came and went. My husband and I called several times and left several messages, there was no answer and NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK! I should have known that this could have happened because there was no type of deposit taken. I am glad others have had success with this company but I did not. I do not recommend them."
