"The park is huge! You can play baseball or kickball in the field. There is shuffleboards if you have your own equipment. There are plenty of benches for you to sit and one of them under the tree. There's a basketball court and a tennis court. The atmosphere has changed over the years. I find the park empty pretty often. My daughter and I walk to the park. While she plays on the playground, I walk the sidewalk surrounding the playground. There can be a trash issue sometimes whenever a bunch of teens run through. It's not nasty. My daughter and I are trying to keep it up. I'll post pictures the next time we go."
"Love this park they have a little bit of everything. Play ground, tennis court, basketball court also has a huge field with ball park. Nice an quiet just us an another mama bear there. This is one of my top parks now. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT."
"When driving up there is off street parking but not any for the actual park. It was small and cluttered with trash! There is a great size field and basketball park if you want to do other things. Was not friendly to accommodate all ages there was not small swings and the jungle gym was for older kids."
"It's a nice park. It does need some repairs, but not many. It is cleaner than some parks I've seen. There's a tennis court, basketball court, baseball field, hopscotch area or shuffleboard area. It's a good size for family events. It's what people need in this day and age."
"Safe for basketball in broad daylight, but anytime after becomes a bit risky. The place is terribly misused because it attracts more drug dealers than people that actually use the equipment. *Do not go alone!!! If you wanna practice basketball or something please bring a buddy to accompany you. I went alone just today and got confronted by a hostile drug dealer, with threats of getting shot. Honestly, you're probably better off going to a YMCA or something, cause the basketball court floor is uneven anyways"
