"I love this store all the workers there are so helpful and they always ask customers if they need help. On top of that I’ll give a shout out to the management team for helping me out with my exchange and being very understanding the whole time. Extreme shout out for not backdooring too. I’ve been to the other shoe stores in the mall and their customer service was horrible. Every time I come to this Jimmy Jazz it’s always good vibes, good music and good customer service. Even with them not having everything they definitely do a good job with making the best of it!"

Dimitri always greets me and keeps me up to date on everything happening in the sneaker world. All the staff is friendly and helpful. More than just a sneaker store, this location is a true sneaker head heaven."

"Poor customer service.I brought a pair of shoe 10min later i wanted to return them because i found the shoe i was looking for at another store the2 Asst Manger at the Sanford Jimmy' Jazz store told me that she could not.give me a refund.She said that the policy is on the back of the receipt. I explain to her that she did tell me this at the time of purchase. She told me that it is nothing she could do and she was not going to give me a refund only a store credit i explain to her that this is a Christmas gift.She said again that she was not going to refund the shoes. I feel as customer you should be taken care of it if it was only last then a hour after purchasing a pair of shoe.She use bad customer service know she could have voided the sale, she want to protect her sells for the day. I know this because she told the giril who sold me the shoe this sale made her day.Protect you sell or good customer services you tell me what make a company grow. I have been in retail for over 35 years customers are the backbone to any business. Just not at Sanford Jimmy Jazz"

"Nice clothing! But I think that some clothing items are a little pricey. I gave two stars because each time I go into the store with my husband the music is ridiculously loud. It seemed like I have just entered into a club scene. It may not bother some shoppers but to me it's unappealing to me as a shopper. Also, the music is not filtered so if children are accompanying their parents they are hearing unclean words as well."

"I love this shoe store they always have everything I am looking for. They always have some deal going on for both kids and adults. And if you use a credit card make sure you have your I'd cause they will not let you use it with one. And its not just a shoe store they sell cloths, hats, and sporting thing."
