"My son has been a BrightStart baby since he was almost 3 months old. They worked tirelessly to secure his spot. They taught us how to care for him at home. We always come up with plans and expectations together. They KNOW my child and his needs as well, if not better, than I do. BrightStart nursing and caregiver staff are all there because they love and enjoy working with children. I can depend on them to call me immediately if anything is wrong. I trust them to care for my child delicately and with a loving touch. Every single nurse/aid/therapist there knows every child’s ailment, recent changes, what they like/dislike and what their current status is. They love him like their own. The therapy staff has been a Godsend as well. I don’t have to leave work 5 days a week and he gets quality therapy 15+ hours per week. Through this, my son has learned how to eat by mouth (a work in progress), walk, talk, and discover how to become a big boy there. They work with him every day and encourage him to be the best. They can sense his mood and will develop an alternate activity to suit him when necessary. They are so delighted, as if he were their own, when he reaches a milestone. They love him like their own. The support staff is also pretty amazing. From bus drivers to aides, they are always happy to see my child, accommodate his immediate needs, and treat him with nothing but kindness. They too, love him like their own. All in all, I cannot say enough good about BrightStart Pediatrics. Due to their quality care, my son was able to leave the hospital sooner, learn how to do most anything he sets his mind to, and will remember them for the ready of his life....because they love him like their own. ❤️ WE ❤️ BRIGHTSTART!!!"
