Jump Start - Trampoline Park at Dezerland Park Orlando

"This is the picture of the floor just by the kids jumping area ( something sticky maybe a soda), it’s been like this over a hour and I went to ask for the supervisor at the the front desk and they called someone to come and speak with me. After I told the guy ( he’s supposed to be the manager there at this time) he told me I gonna take care of it thank you ( and nothing happened after that)."

"I would like to say positive things about this place because the kids had fun in general with the exception of being bit up by mosquitoes but unfortunately I don’t have much positives to say. The trampolines were dirty and the price for jumping was a little higher for such a small venue. I would expect to pay this amount for the jump places that are twice this size if not bigger than that. The staff by the trampolines were very unprofessional and unconcerned with doing their job. They mostly chatted with each other and casually walked around (not truly monitoring the kids). When I pointed out the obvious that there were big kids in the little kids jumping area, the young male employee said a smart remark about making the big kids leave the area. Instead of being professional and doing his job, he was petty and made all the kids get out (even the young ones). Needless to say, we will not be back. Jump Start Management please train your employees and monitor them regularly to make sure they are doing their job (especially young workers that have not yet developed a good work ethic)."

"We went in the middle of the week so there was NO wait and NO crowds...thank GOD!! The kids had a great time with the few other kids that were present. Nice and clean establishment. Two thumbs up!"

"My family and I visited yesterday. Jump Start was pretty cool. The facility seemed pretty clean and lots of different trampolines to try, including dodgeball! The only nuisance was them not having any locker keys for personal belongings so I had to carry my purse with me to each trampoline. It was still a pretty good experience, and we will be back!"

"Tons of fun. It's smallish but still fun. I didn't even care about price because it's an awesome experience. It can get crowded especially where the basketball is but I think it's because one of the trampoline areas was down. It does smell like feet and when they clean they use a lot of cleaner and bleach so the one jump nearest the downstairs eating area was strong too jump. Other than that whole family can have fun. Do NOT EAT FOOD BEFORE JUMPING. We probably won't come back because of safety but still very enjoyable."
