"The store was cute but I paid for something that didnt do what it's supposed to do and the store clerk sure did sale it like i needed it. To find out it was probably a scammed and I waisted my money. All I can say is be aware of what you buy there. It's really not what they claim it to be."

"The worst experience of my life. I walked into this store with some of my friends looking at the bracelets. All four of us decided to get matching bracelets. The staff told us we could all get free shirts and just pay for the prints on the shirts and the bracelets. They told us the prints were $8 each and the bracelets $10 for all of them. We get our shirts printed and when we see the total cost of the four shirts and bracelets and it said $102!!!!!!!! We asked and they denied saying it was $8+ (which they never said). They told us we had to pay considering we had already had them printed. We individually had to pay $28. They also threw away all our receipts. I told my mother what had happened and she went back into the store to tell them and they denied EVERYTHING. DO NOT shop here and purchase any merchandise."

"This store tries to over charge and will say your card is declined and will still charge it while you pay with another card. They cover up the cash register screen so you cant see what they are charging. They are purposely scamming there customers. Four of us were shopping and they did it to each of us. DO NOT SHOP HERE"

"The stuff were very nice. The only thing I suggest to display the 3,5 percent if you are not using cash and give you a receipt. I was over charge, but the manager credit my acct. no problem. He was apologetic for the extra charge."

"Made a purchase over 250 at this store. As I drive off then check receipt I notice it was just the amount owe for the items. I drove back to the store spoke with the owner. I mentioned to the owner I think I was over charged. He said it an additional charge when using a credit card. I said I wasnt aware of the additional when using a credit card. he pulled out this little plaque behind the register with all the souvenirs and said look there is a extra charge when using a credit card. I told him how would a customer know about the extra charge if they dont even know about the charge to begin with. I told him you should keep the plaque in front where customers are aware and can be able to make a their decision to use credit care or pay cash instead. He said no refund. Then said if you have cash, pay with cash Ill refund your card. I gave him $265.00 in cash and still over 10 days waiting for my card to be refunded. Its a shame a Company like Touch Of Miami can scam customers and get away with it. As you can see they have no contact number to reach them. So now have to take a two hour ride from where I live just to get in contact with owner again for my refund. As of now he has double charged me on one sale. I feel for ll the tourist and anyone else who shops here."
