"I always go on Sunday mornings as soon as it opens and there was a Spanish speaking blonde lady at the register just yapping. When I asked for a dress that I couldn't reach, she said "Pull it down mami". Isn't that her job? I told her um no, I need your help. When I asked for the manager she sent over a young new guy to help. Unacceptable Customer Service! Why does Rainbow higher lazy people? They left the Ecuadorian young girl alone and she was great."

"The staff was racist and rude. They were talking about me in Spanish and making fun of my body. They also followed me around the store. Racially profiling me because Im black. I told my friend I was going to look at purses to match an outfit and the staff followed me. The associate pretended to organize the other purses. I felt very uncomfortable and left. I will never shop at this rainbow again."

"Worst shop I have EVER been to. I have never encountered such a rude staff at ANY shop. I actually liked the clothes, but when I went up to the front to pay, the cashier walked away from me and did not come back. Not a single word - just looked at me as I was ready to pay and left. Another worker was also behind the counter and refused to look at me or ring me up. Absolutely bizarre. Ended up leaving since obviously they didn’t want our business and the woman who had walked away gave me the dirtiest look. Absolutely bizarre."

"This store says they close at 9 but they closed at 7. Store manager says he has no one to work register even though he and another worker are clearly in the store. He said everyone needs to go home because of the storm it was just drizzling outside. He locked the door at like 8:20pm. Rainbow on Lincoln is definitely the WORST I have ever been too. Store manager is so rude and does not understand how to execute polite and courteous customer service AT ALL!"

"Visited Rainbow shops on Lincoln Road Miami on a beautiful 85 degree day, and walked in to an oven. NO AIR Conditioning anywhere in the store, and when i asked the employees about it, they shared that they have been working under these conditions for 6 months! They have begged the company to fix this and so something about it, only to be ignored!!! RAINBOW SHOPS company should be ASHAMED of themselves! Never mind that the customers wont buy because they will faint from the heat when they walk in, how can you let your employees work under these conditions for 8 hours a day??? One poor guy that was working there was without a shirt!! the others were sweating and dizzy! I hope the employees stand up to their rights and sue this company … HOW can you treat humans this way?"
