"Unwelcome and Rude Customer Service, I stopped to buy a present , I was totally ignored , a head to toe look, from the sales person , continued attending very nice and polite to the other costumer, I took the product and let her know I was ready to pay , asked me if I needed a bag, I replied it was a gift , she proceed to grab a wrinkled tissue paper from a return box she has next to the cashier wrap my gift in very rude way and put in a bag, like it was giving something for free, very nice variety of really good brands of clothes but if you don’t fix South Beach Stereotype , don’t expect to have a welcoming and nice experience at this Store. I will never ever been stoping by."

"If you’re bigger than a 29 don’t bother. Shop girl glanced at us and decided we were not worth her time. Soft t-shirts but overpriced. Cloud walk shoes for men and women. Men’s bathing suits for the man in your life who wants to spend over $150 on some swim trunks. Now the owner asserts that the demographics of the area dictate clothing sizes. Based on the most recent census the median age of south beach residents is 61, with 30% of people being over 40, and 43.5% over 65. Median income is less than 180k for a family of two. Miami Dade county has a rate of obesity and overweight of 67.4%. The average waist size for an American woman is 38.5”. So no you do not cater to the local demographic- you encourage body shaming, diet culture, and eating disorders with your store and the way they treat customers. And don’t treat people like they’re stupid it will only bounce back"

Extremely relaxed experience and the clothing quality, specifically for women, is premium. Much of what we walked away with was french - fit was perfect for my wife.
