"Bad service from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the waitress brought us a bad drink which she didn't even know what drink we ordered, then we asked for a food service which she brought ahead of time and told us that there was extra left over if we wanted it but in reality it was the main dish of the meals we had ordered, which she didn't tell us either, we also ordered a dish that she was supposed to charge for the gamer card and she didn't do it either and when my friend went to talk to her she laughed in her face and told her I'll charge you for it regular and if you want a card go to the machine. The manager, Big Victor, when we let her know everything, the only thing she said was that we should not eat at her restaurant again and she treated us as if everything had been our fault."

"What a night out. My family and I had Craig as our server. He was so attentive and interacted with all of us including the kids. I think he was the only server on since I saw him at all the tables. But still had our drinks full and added items we ordered throughout.. Thank you so much.."

"Came in for dinner, drinks and games. 26.99 for dinner with 20 dollar card. Great deal. Happy hour from 4 to 8 half price drinks that's a win right there. Ordered 2 pizzas and a kids chicken tenders. Pizza was pretty good. Chicken. Tenders were trash. Soggy and lacked flavor we didn't even make our 6 year old eat them we shared our pizza with him. Over all pretty good. Our server was very friendly and attentive shoutout to Natalie. Will be back. And back we came. Natalia is the worst waitress I have ever had. Not attentive. We asked for the check and game card and she walked off to never return needed to get a different sever to help us. Overall staff is lazy. 8 people standing around l. See pictures below. Nachos were cold and soggy. Cheese steak was lacking meat and flavor."

"Really enjoyed our time here! Games were so much fun. We ate in the restaurant and ordered pizza. It was decent. Only complaint would be the kids chicken tenders which were soggy and rubbery. Would not order those again. They offer a great happy hour M-F from 4-8pm, 50% off. Can’t beat it! Natalie was our waitress and she was so kind and accommodating. Really made our experience that much better! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and/or looking for something fun to do!"
