They were great communicators and super flexible when we our landscaping needed to be altered slightly for the bounce house to be anchored down securely. It was the perfect idea to keep our kiddos entertained during our family holiday party and they even extended our reservation for free - creating a perfect activity for our kiddos over Christmas break!
