"This has potential to truly be a GREAT place it’s very fun and full of activities , pricing is very affordable but the cleanliness of the facility is horrid 0/10 . After seeing how visibly dirty everything was it frightened me to let my child continue to play . Yes children get things dirty but this is months worth of filth everywhere hair dust and dirt I could not believe my eyes . My thoughts were if I can visibly see that then maybe they don’t even Sanitize anything else . I really hope management sees this and gets something done about it . Until then unfortunately me and my family will not be attending this New Tampa facility ."

"Best place for kids and teens. I went for a birthday party with my kid and believe me my son never want to get our of this place. They have best of trampoline, rock climbing and so many fun rides."

"In particular with this place it shows that the management does not care about maintenance. The price is the same as the other branches, however it does not have Laser tag and in addition to having fewer attractions than the other branches, several of them are damaged and the ones they have are neglected. It's hard to believe that a water dispenser is in that condition and exposed to small children. White balls that are crushed or damaged are not removed. The air conditioning shows as if it had raising animals so dirty and unpleasant. It is clear that they do not carry out inspections and the franchise does not care about keeping its name high. I think the owners should care about the place and meet standards of cleanliness, inspection and quality of service offered."
