"Product was delivered well past it's original delivery date. The product was damaged so, I started the process to return for a full refund. Customer service was terrible. Am still waiting for a full refund, Would not recommend using this companies online order system."

"Manager is unfriendly. After corporate needing to put a piece on hold for me because online store had taken money for an item twice but provided me with no order confirmation I had charges on my account though. So after corp called me and I show up to the store the manager acts like I've done something wrong an was anything but friendly. I understand they were busy.. I worked as a manager, district manager and regional I get it..but be friendly, be polite, courteous. You're store online messed up and took 60.18 from me for a 30.09 item. An Item that im here to pay for once again til the bank works it out because my daughter wants it and your company said they can't do anything about it. Bottom line..spencers needs to retrain this manager in customer service and clip that attitude and resting B Face. Just wow."

"Wow. This place has so much to shop for. Some of the stuff is nasty in nature and language. The place is super crowded in there due to there's so much stuff in the store you can barely walk around. I did buy something and the staff is very nice there!"

"Very very unhappy. Understanding that the mall was getting close to closing the store had 6 minutes before they were closing and the employee refused to let me in the store to look at Nightmare before Christmas items. Apparently they don't want my money. Box lunch was closing to and we were welcomed in with no issues at all. It isn't like the public pays their paychecks I found it rude that he wouldn't give me a. Couple minutes to browse. Won't be back at this location."
