"I bought Two fajas from this store a month before my surgery.I even told the lady that helped me that if I can do any returns or get my money back and she insured me if they didn’t fit I can return and when I went to return them they didn’t want to take it back. "I am very upset. Today was my second trip back to the store to exchange a faja for a different model and size only to come home and try it on and it does not fit correctly. It was super tight on my thighs. At this point I am so frustrated that I really just want my money back. It is annoying that I have to go back for the 3rd time and try to exchange it for a larger size. I decided to change my review because they were kind enough to accommodate me and I left finally with the correct faja. I was very frustrated and upset. "I specifically asked for strapless the cashier was so focused on other things she wasn’t paying attention and gave me one with straps by time I noticed I was an hour away and it was too late to turn back. Also the faja was too small around my buttocks but loose around my waist, the way they are designed does not cater to women who have gotten a BBL. The measurements were so off it squished my butt, making it uncomfortable to wear and making my shape look terrible I am so disappointed.$117 down the drain.."
