"the store just opened and honestly horrible ! I walk in and a lady with brown hair and glasses guessing she’s a store leader or something gave me such a stank face. There was only one register open with a few people so the lady opened another register and was just so rude. While I’m paying she called people to the same lane I’m paying in to start scanning there stuff. No personal space what so ever and very impatient. I work in a retail store myself there is no need to be that way. The lady in the front that’s blonde and speaks Spanish was very nice but the other lady that was short with a brown ponytail and glasses was BEYOND rude and snapped at me like I’m a dog. She was just so rude it’s crazy"

Although there was a slight inconvenience with a duplicate charge, the friendly cashier resolved the issue efficiently. However, the manager's disconcerting reaction to the situation was disappointing. I believe this is an isolated incident, and I hope these situations will be addressed more positively in the future."
