"I had a bad experience here. I bought some clothes and wasn’t able to try them on at the store because of the whole pandemic, Which I understand. What I don’t like is that Leidy the cashier didn’t tell me that an item I bought was final sale. She only told me that it would be possible for me to return the items within 30 days. & me being unsure because of the whole pandemic thing I specifically asked about 4x if it’s really going to be possible to return them. I am so disappointed that nothing could be done on my behalf since I am the one being affected. The manager just said oh she may have forgot and honey that’s not good enough. You’re dealing with ppls money. So unprofessional. Point Is cashier Leidy didn’t communicate that items were final sale and now I’ve wasted money. Manager aware that she may have messed up and did nothing to fix the situation."
