"Had the best experience at a retail store in years thanks to the amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I was trying on ALOT of clothes and putting things on hold and being a total nuisance like an hour before the store closed. Despite all that the staff was so helpful, especially Kat who assisted me the most and made the experience so good I just had to leave a review. She was extremely friendly and just a sweet person!"
"Don’t even worth that 1 star…DON’T WASTE your time coming to this store…nobody is around to help you out or to even greet you. The fitting rooms they don’t even bother to open them. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT recommend it at all."
"I would definitely not recommend. Just tried to use the fitting rooms and was told that they're closed because it's getting late into the afternoon. The employee told me to come back tomorrow. That is unacceptable for me to have to drive all the way back to the mall just to try on the clothes. Or to have to buy them and take the chance that they will not fit me and have to come back. Extremely rude employees I would not recommend the store."
"As a master Barber/Owner of RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC our motto is to ensure to provide the best products and best practices. At H&M Love the vibes, great atmosphere. Love the fashionable look on clothing & accessories. Great variety from toddler to adult. Excellent costumer service by a charismatic young fellow that solve a simple matter on a return/ exchange policy. A tall female manager’s lack of proper training, failed to provide me the return/exchange on my Apple electronic card even though it had a matching numbers, had a receipt and it was a debit transaction. She told me that only store credit could be authorized or I need it to bring the physical card. So I drove back to Pembroke Pines to get my physical card even though I owe 2 locations in Hialeah going on my third. And brought back my Master card with same matching numbers which also was declined on several attempts, to finally been awarded my debit transaction, cash. The reason: the merchandise was damage. I been a loyal costumer for many years and it all started many years ago at Zara, New York. Your products are phenomenal. For the first time in my lifetime, I was approached by one of my barbers to let me know that my shirt was broken under my armpit as I was shaving a valued oriented guest.I said impossible this T-shirt with the logo New York on it(my hometown) is brand new and I got it from one of my favorites, H&M but yes it was Broken and it was Embarrassing. I explained this words to the first associate that took care of me. He said he wasn’t sure if I could returned. Then this manager came and told me I could (only) get store credit. I look at her in disbelief. Then I was told that my e-card with same number as the receipt was not enough that I needed to go and get the physical card which didn’t work also. On my return she didn’t approach the register and she yelled from Accross the room to this well trained associate if he needed her. Off course the associate didn’t need a manager with either lack off training or negligent behavior. If this action is to keep her numbers up on a shatter economy, trying to impress corporate number driven expectations at the expense of poor customer service to a valued oriented consumer. I have bad news for you: not only RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC is going to stop supporting you but also it’s following. I’ll be expecting a call or a formal reply on this matter."
"Terrible service. The fitting room attendant working tonight, Saturday, April 22, told my girlfriend and I that she couldn't try on two dresses, at 8:25 PM, because the fitting rooms were closed -because the store closes at 9:00 PM! She told the same thing to two other customers. We all walked out of the store without buying anything. Everyone was upset and we could not believe the terrible customer service. My girlfriend and l, who have been loyal customers, will NEVER again spend another dime in this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone."
