Totally Scrubs Uniforms

"Went in to buy scrubs They didn't have anything in my size and needed it for the next day and there's hardly anywhere to get particular ones anyways so at the register there is a sign that says refunds within 30 days with receipt. So today I try to return it to get my $60.00plus back since I as weary about the size (found something that fit better at Walmart) and I was stopped outside by the woman who ran it who was sitting in her car smoking. She stopped me before entering and asked what I had. I told her. She told me I couldn't take it in and there were no refunds because “we were still in the middle of a pandemic.” she told me there was a sign somewhere. I informed her at checkout there's a sign that says the exact opposite. She then told me well that's normally, but not during a pandemic. We don't want to deal with germs. Then, why can people try on clothes in a fitting room in the store?! That's germs. The clothes had states in the bag in perfect condition without even the tags wrinkled. Crazy.waste of money. Won't be going back again."

"I've been shopping here for at least 10 years. Their service is amazing. I see people complaining about mask and other things. I also see people complaining about them being rude to you. They are only rude to customers when entitled and rude customers come in yelling or cussing at them. The owner and her daughter are both very nice people. The prices are very good and they make sure to order quality scrubs, not cheap knockoff scrubs."

"I’ve been a customer for over a year for all my scrubs/jackets. The owner goes out of the way to take care of all her customers! She’s the sweetest person I’ve met. I’m shocked by the other reviews left by medical professionals on her page complaining about the mask requirement. She asks her customers to wear masks because her and her daughter are high risk if they get sick. A minor inconvenience to you could prevent them from being ill for a long time or worse. Be respectful and empathetic. We all took an oath to do no harm and I believe that doesn’t only apply to our patients, but for anyone we meet."

"Telling someone rudely to get out of your store because they are not wearing a mask is a bad business move & honestly quite stupid. You sure have no problem handling that dirty money. Will not be back in this store."

"They don’t answer the phone. & as I was about to walk in, the door was locked then she opened the door to tell me that my child was not allowed inside because kids are not vaccinated. She made me hand sanitize before I even started to look around (which is fine) but if you are so frightened than close your business. Then she watched me the entire time I was in the store as if I was going to steal something, very uncomfortable. I tried on a pair of scrubs but didn’t like them & she made a remark that no one else has ever complained about any scrubs & I told her well there is a first for everything. But the old white lady was extremely rude, not friendly at all, & looked miserable. She probably just needed to go home to her bed. Not manage a store with horrible customer service skills to buyers about to use their money. Definitely will never come here again & I will let ALL who I know, including my colleagues about how terrible this establishment is. I’ll definitely use my hard earned money on scrubs at uniform advantage or megs."
