"I had a great experience here,. My husband and I had went to about 13 stores to find a bed bench and some storage for my towels and wash clothes for my bathroom. After much frustration, and being overheated during this hot spell in Florida, we decided to go to Bealls on US 19, in the shopping center with Conns, and found just what we were looking for, FINALLY!! I am so happy we didn't give up!! The cashier we had was great, and patient. All around wonderful shopping!!"

"I'm deeply disappointed by my wife's recent interview at Bealls in Port Richey, FL, with Store Manager Regina. Her lack of preparation and professionalism was concerning. Regina didn't even know my wife's last name or her work history. She scolded my wife for not researching Bealls beforehand, which was uncalled for, especially for a company only willing to pay $13/hr for a team leader position. Might be time to invest in talent. What's worse, my wife applied for a full-time position but was told that the store over-hires, resulting in unstable working hours. Regina also said there were no leadership positions available, despite my wife applying for one. This experience was unprofessional and misaligned with the brand. I'll be sharing this with my network to raise awareness. I hope Bealls takes steps to improve its hiring practices."
