I was excited to go into the store to exchange a pair of shoes and the staff was rude to both my boyfriend and I. I almost just returned the shoes due to how we were treated."

"Our saleswoman Victoria was super helpful and as friendly as she could be. However, I rated my 1-star experience is because of its quality control. I bought a Ace sneaker at this store and had to ship it to me since they don’t have my size at the store. So they had to order it from LA (one stop at the Bal Harbor store). And here comes the nightmare, I received the package the next week and found out that I spent $800 on a used/damaged product. Yes! You can tell it’s been worn several times and stained that can’t be removed (I tried to clean it gently with baby wipes but didn’t work) all over the shoes from the pictures. Why no one at this store (AND LA store) checked on the product before they shipped them????? Ridiculous af. NEVER EVER getting anything from Gucci again. I should’ve just stay with Louis and Goyard. God, what an terrible experience from Gucci."
