"Target excels in pickup ordering. Everything about it is user friendly & expeditious. No other drive up compares."
"Guest service Lazy, unhelpful workers. Store was dead and had a pick up order taking too long and one was already ready. so went in to grab it instead of walking 10 feet and grabbing the two products and scanning them that’s all they had to do. They made me cancel my whole order and go and grab it with a screaming baby cause they’re sick and I needed it quick. unbelievable how lazy and unhelpful they are."
"Guest service used to be top-notch. Now I don't feel like a guest. I feel like an inconvenient to most of the target associates to sad thing. Never thought target would be walmart This morning tried to purchase batteries, self checked out was the only thing that was open. I was the only one in South checkout. It was not reading my card or my wallet. For a target circle set its not working. I need somehow the associate continued to ignore me never even acknowledged that I existed. Continue into load paper or fix some registered. That was not needed at the time when she walked by. Simply stated she's ignoring me. And she snapped at me and said that she was fixing her register for other guest. I said what guest I'm the only one here. Turned into a split spot between the 2 of us opted to leave without the purchase. Don't feel I should've been treated that way. Considering the sale for my purchase contributes to her paycheck. Why should I have to pay to be treated poorly"
"Saturday October 7th at about 12pm I was in the self checkout line when I was able to witness kindness and customer service to an incredible degree I have not seen in years in retail. Kevin was the employee at the self check out and he was assisting and kindly teaching an elderly woman how to work the self check out. He was kind, informative but not once condescending in any manner, made learning the machine fun by using humor and was extremely caring in the way he was helping her. The woman was able to confidently complete her check-out. At the end Kevin gave her a high five and she left with such a BIG smile and laughter. We need more people like Kevin! Take the time and be kind and truly care about people. Also if you have the time and you see kindness and customer service like this, take the time to tell that employees manager. It's important that skills like this are brought to light and that they know their employee is making a difference. Kevin I am not sure you will see this review but you Sir are truly a ASSET to the Target on Dunlawton in Port Orange!! Keep it up!!!! I will come back just because of the kindness that YOU showed today! Sincerely, Brittany Semmel"
