La Matera Argentinian Fusion

"WOW! What an amazing dinner. Great way to end 2023. This is my new top steakhouse here in South Florida. All the food was spectacular. We were a Party of ten, so we tasted many of the appetizers. Ceviche, empanadas, sausages, smoked ribs. All excellent and super tasty. We ordered several of the steaks on the menu as well as the salmon dish. All delicious. Wine selection was great. We had a lovely Rose (Psagot) to start and a top Spanish Red with the mains. I had the bone in rib steak. It was cooked to perfection. Every bite melted in my mouth. All the food came out timely and was presented beautifully. Deserts were tasty. Service was friendly and the owner was on premises and visited every table to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely be back!!"

"everything we ordered was so delicious! We ordered majority appetizers and an entree, tuna steak. The atmosphere and the service was great as well. The owner specifically, made it a point to talk to us and connect with customers which I really appreciate. The owner is super nice and recommended a delicious dessert, crispy tower. I really liked how at the end, they shared lollipops. This is a place I highly recommend folks to eat and enjoy their food with good company."

"First time eating here and we will certainly come back . Joel our waiter was great. We tried the empanada appetizers and they were excellent. I ordered the center cut steak and it was cooked perfect and the taste amazing. My wife ordered the salmon on a bed of noodles and she loved it. Ambiance was good and not too loud."

"We were so excited to try out La Matera. We noticed the owner manning the grill and our steak came out like only a true Argentine Gaucho can achieve. Service and the empanadas were outstanding, and while this place is located near Fuego it is the exact opposite vibe. The music wasn’t loud and there were no over the top birthday celebrations. The owner is an artist and there are little touches with her fingerprints on them, like the way the menus are presented and the crayons on the tables. We are looking forward to returning soon."
