"Used them twice. My first dog had a bad experience and they cut her. I decided to give them another chance today and I had an appointment and they didn't show up. I called several times and when they finally answered my calls they said (in spanish): "sorry decided not to work this week" despite appointments. I'd go somewhere more professional than this."
