"left my cat there for a grooming and came back to my cat dead. Workers handed me my carrying bag with my poor kitty and when I opened it my cat was dead. The worker claimed to not have noticed and was shocked when I saw my cat like that. My cat had been there before and then I left him for an hour and it was the most devastating moment to experience. Didn’t even get to say goodbye. I hope this place shuts down."

"This is a wonderful place. I'm staying on Key Biscayne and the groomer here closed, and the mobile groomer I tried spent most of the time on the phone. In looking for a place close by, I called Cori's. If I brought my senior dog in before noon, and they would be able to take care of him today. The staff was friendly and so gracious over the phone. When we arrived they made every effort to be as welcoming to my dog as they were to me. Conscientious, and careful with my guy, he was happy and content when I returned a few hours later. Cori's was reasonable but seemed inexpensive compared to what is charged in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. They were, by far, the kindest and most thoughtful groomers I've ever known."
