Miami’s Pet Grooming by Zamy Franchise

"If I could rate my experience with Miami's Pet Grooming by Zamy, it would be -10 stars!!! Unfortunately, all I can state is that the day before the appointment for my dog's grooming, everything was fine. On the day of appointment, the dog groomer arrived 1.15 hours late. There was no apology and the welcome was: "The cost is $75 and it will take 20 minutes for dog grooming to be completed!". My reply was that I was quoted $70 and that I found it hard to believe he could complete the job so fast. Without going into details, the groomer completed the job in 15 minutes by simply completing a minor haircut including cleaning the dog's teeth and not cutting the nails; afterwards requesting payment of $75. I stated he appeared not to complete the job and that the I would pay what I was quoted. When I went to get the money to pay, he left. I immediately contact the Miami's Pet Grooming by Zamy to express my dissatisfaction and was received by a very rude female that lacks customer service skills only allowing to state a few words before she ended the conversation by stating the quote was correct and hung up. Anyone that accepts this type of behavior is simply promoting mediocracy; I for one, will not tolerate it!!! Bottom line, terrible experience and I'd suggest, you should be cautious. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Update: Received a voicemail from the SAME RUDE FEMALE being very sarcastic and stating inaccurate facts of the events experienced with the grooming of my dog. The pictures I uploaded show the poor workmanship or lack of experience from the groomer as all he did was trim my dogs legs! And that was done poorly! I do NOT appreciate being called back unless it is to have a rational conversation. I understand mistakes do happen, but understand I command respect as I value integrity above all!!!"

"This is exclusively, the only groomer I use now they are amazing. They come to your front door and take care of your pet for a very reasonable price. What are the things that I was always having a problem with was my dog being nervous of leaving the house and getting in a car but with this company, I never worry about that and she always comes back happy and playful, not to mention beautiful all of their workers are highly trained in taking care of your pet. I cannot give him enough praise. In addition to all that there’s scheduling system is on point I have never had an issue, scheduling or having a groomer show up at the designated time they always come through. I highly recommend that you will not regret it."
