"I went to Michelle twice in the last year. First experience was fine, however the latest trip was a disaster. Upon leaving, my dog looked great and happy (which is why the “Please look over your pet before leaving…” sign is not super relevant in this case) however, over the weekend, skin problems formed. She was groomed on Friday and Monday morning after the busy holiday weekend, I noticed my dog was in a lot of pain along her back (her entire spine from head to tail) and asked Michelle what it could be. Without any real solution, I decided to take my dog to the vet. We got an appointment on Wednesday, and during the appointment I was shown blood and liquid filled pustules on my dog’s skin all along the spine. The vet said this came from either not diluting the shampoo, not rinsing or drying it properly, or some other problem related to the groom. I told Michelle all of this, and she did not believe me. I called my vet and requested an email explaining how it was related to the groom, and specifically requested to be CC’d in the email. Somehow, Michelle had direct contact with my vet, and claimed the vet told her it could’ve been a number of problems, which is not what I was told. I then requested to see the correspondence between her and my vet, which she refused to give. I obviously need to have a separate talk with my vet, however the lack of cooperation and good faith from Michelle is why I will not be going back to her as a groomer. In all honesty, Michelle is a very nice lady who works with my schedule and was able to get my dog in for the groom, so I was hesitant to write this review anyway. However, the refusal to show me what she claims my vet told her is the reason I decided to share my experience."

"Today was our first time visiting Michelle. But our dog Lucky did great and looks fabulous. He went in feeling nervous and came out a new happy dog who just felt good and wanted to show off. We will definitely be back to see Michelle."
