"I had a wonderful experience at Hope and Love Veterinary Hospital. I noticed two scabs on my hamster and wanted to have him seen, and this vet sees exotic animals. Unlike other providers, there was no lengthy wait to get in and I was able to book an appointment for the next day! It was so easy to book over the phone and I got a reminder call as well. Mariah and Victoria helped get us checked in when I arrived and they were so helpful and kind when asking questions for the doctor. Dr. Gisel treated my hamster Victor with so much care and made sure that he got the best treatment to help him without doing any unnecessary costly testing that wouldn’t solve the problem like some other vets have done. They did a thorough examination and did an amazing job of explaining to me, a college student, what treatment options were available at all prices and then their medical opinion of what would be best for him going forward. The entire team did an amazing job not only on the medical side of things but also on the social and humanitarian care side of things. The facility itself is amazing, beautiful, clean and fancy looking! I also saw they have a candle at the front desk they light when someone is saying goodbye which is a kind gesture that made me tear up. I will definitely be returning for my veterinarian needs and i’ll be referring all my friends here. Thanks again to the team! "
