"Got a puppy from them on saturday and the night we brought him home he was coughing a lot and snot was running out of his nose. ended up having to take him to the vet and they said he had kennel cough and his lungs were filled with fluid on top of him being 10 lbs underweight. if we waited any longer the vet said he would have gotten pneumonia. also have a 7 yr old retriever that will not most likely get sick from the puppy so we now have to take him to the vet as well. not sure how many times they feed their dogs or the amount but it’s definitely not near enough. extremely overpriced and they basically lie to you to get puppies out the door. claim things are included in the “overall price” when they are in fact sold separately and added to the outrageous bill. they don’t really give you a say when it comes to the puppy kits they just bring you to the aisle and pick stuff out for you. Our dog is now on medication for the fluid in his lungs so add on 300$ to the price of him. say there’s no returns and claimed they “had no idea he was sick” they definitely knew, they just didn’t want to share the info so they could sell the dog. do not recommend."
