"I’m not sure if this is the same place or it was bought out from previous owners, bc we took our 2 Shih Tzus back in November, and the place was nothing like the pictures showing on this site. The service was awful, everyone had the same scheduled time, come to find out the animals were just being put in crates. Walking in alone, i wanted to turn around and leave from the awful smell the place it had, it was dark and dirty, there were the owners dogs in a dirty, disgusting play pen. We asked for bath and cut service, we returned 3 hrs later, and they were only just bathed! Terrible atmosphere!"
