"I went to have my dog have services here a few times. There was an issue with the groomer having to cancel, and the manner in which it was done was very unprofessional. there were very few accommodations for the inconvenience, and groomer refused to reschedule an appointment for my dog. please be aware of this groomer. not the way to do business I'll address you here trying to make yourself look good. The point of the matter is when you offered rescheduling appts, you were not flexible even though I had been servicing my dog with you. Shows how much a customer is valued. There was nothing wrong with my behavior. I simply advised you how poorly the accommodating was when you canceled the appointments the way you did. Should be more accommodating, but of course, my behavior was something you did not like because I gave feedback, but over you lacked customer service and have poor communication with clients that make your business thrive. Reeves yourself is my suggestion"
