"Extremely disappointing customer service! I bought a pair of +$100 shoes from one of their sister stores in Rosemary Beach. After I left the store, I realized one of the shoes had the wrong shoe lace. I called up there and they said it would be no problem, and just come up to the store and get the other shoe lace. When I got there, with a picture of the shoes, they said that I needed to bring the actual shoes back up, as well, so they could see it. I showed them the picture and they gave me a major attitude, like I had done something wrong. Believe me, I certainly didn't want to spend my time calling two different stores and going back to the other store for the fun of it. Get your act together. Before you sell someone something, make sure it is in the right condition. I'll never give this place my business again. I found the right shoelaces online for $2. Congratulations on saving $2 and losing a customer for life."

The employees were very attentive and the foot analysis machine they have there is cool. I’ve been to other running stores and this one is right up there with the top ones I’ve been to.
