"Absolute terrible service here. Usually cars are around the building and I don’t even bother. Do yourself a favor and go to another location that actually pays attention to your orders. This place is a joke. UPDATE 8/1/23 : still garbage location. If you order a drink, make sure you give it back and tell them to fill it properly since they like to give you drinks 3/4 full so after five customers, they end up cheating people out of a full drink and profit for them. Way to make money in short your people for what they pay for. Go somewhere else. UPDATE 9/9/23- so I went back to see if they can make two coffees and this time I got one that was all milk and a little mocha and then one that was made someone right. Take a look at these right next to each other as you wait 25 minutes for the wrong drinks to be made. This location should really close down. Management is garbage. Give them a call, you will see. We’re doing them a favor spending our money there. UPDATE 10/23-OMG this place is a joke NOW. 30 min drive thru waits with cars in pick up jammed in one line around the building. Your order is usually wrong. Donuts stuck to bags as they haven’t learned in the history of being open, how to put them in boxes because magically sticky topping stick to paper bags! Imagine that…duh…No common sense here and a bunch of kids running this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don’t see how this location stays open.. And don’t forget you still get half filled drinks because they’re too lazy to make a drink correctly or full like you pay for. UPDATE 11/23: absolutely ridiculous and slow service. Lines around the building every day and when you get to the window I had a kid tell me I’m part of the problem because I come here every weekend… I told him no we’re doing you a favor by spending our money here, and with an attitude like that, you should find a different line of work.This explains why the service is so terrible here. People if you hate your life and job, go find another one. It’s not our fault. Take your business somewhere else as this is run by a bunch of kids and people that don’t care. UPDATE 12/23: just when you think it can’t get any worse… It does. Watched five cars pull out a line as there was 21 cars in line and over 30 minutes to get two coffees. One was correct and one was incorrect full of just cream and sugar and milk… this place should really close down or clean out the entire staff. Over a year of absurd ridiculous customer service. This is probably the worst location in Lakeland for Dunkin… BEWARE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! UPDATE 1/24: just can’t fix stupid… Nothings changed two years and running of garbage service and lines around the building. Eventually, people will read the reviews or go somewhere else. Like most businesses, they open up great and within a year or two staffing and Management just don’t care anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another location."

"The drive thru is confusing. Not for me but for others. Idk how to fix that though And when I go inside sometimes they have the order screen up and sometimes it’s not One time my drink was made but they didn’t package my donut . Probably a one time thing but I dont feel like testing it again So overall I dislike the inconsistencies Much easier to order the old fashion way. The irony of having options marketed as saving time only for it to take double or triple the time My coffee always tastes good though so I will return until they mess that up too"

"Very clean place, cozy environment.. Young guy at register was nice but lacked personality. Left my food on counter, no receipt.. when I came to counter, he just said” your food is over there” didn’t even say thanks for stopping by or have a nice day! It’s all about customer service, young man, and I hope you get better at it. I did say thank you and went about my business."

"I’d give a 0 really! I called night before to ask if I needed to order a box of Joe ahead of time , I was told to just order when I get there. I did check app to order but I couldn’t find the box. I ordered inside. There was a young girl with glasses taking orders. I paid at 700 am as my receipt shows. I see this young girl just kept going about fixing mobile orders. Lady ordered after asked for her order and I see they fix her box and that’s when I said hey I’ve been here 20 minutes and she was after me!!!!! I was just late at this point and asked for a refund. Another employee began fixing my box, so I asked young girl if she can get me the cups, cream, etc. she did, but guess what they didn’t give me cream and my box was a mess, dripping coffee everywhere!!! No one at the meeting drank the darn coffee bc no cream!!!!"

"I went through the drive thru, only 1 car in front of me. Waited 5 mins before I got to the window. The coffee I ordered was barely warm. The girl said she could heat it up for me in the steamer. So now I'm getting old, hot coffee. A few seconds later, this tall 12 yr old looking kid asked me to go to the second window. I said no, there was no one behind me. He said it counts the time it takes to get an order. I said good, now it can count the time it takes me to get a HOT coffee. About 4 mons later he brings me my coffee. I commented on the time. He began to argue with me that it was hot to start with. Then said, maybe your old taste buds couldn't tell the difference. He refused to get me a manager or tell me his name. So I will be calling the store til I can talk with a manager. It's pretty sad the customer service at this location is worse than the b est McDonald's."
