"I stopped in at 6am. Everything should be fresh. It wasn't at least day old products. I ordered everything bagles. Suppose to be warm. They was cold. Also ordered jelly munchkins hardly any jelly. They were also at least a day old."

"Absolutely horrible. Been there several times in past and always out of favorite donuts. Tried again early today and made it in time I thought to buy my grandchildren’s favorite. Had 6 chocolate iced left. I ordered the six in the case and was told I couldn’t purchase all six because there would be none left. I explained I came early because this had happened to me in the past when none left. Still refused. I hope the six lady all day and rest assured I will never try again."

"The older woman who took my order, made, and gave me my drinks was amazing. She was first of all the only one working which is ridiculous no one should have to work a fast food job by themselves whether is slow or busy, She was extremely nice and explained to me when I pulled up to the speaker that she was the only one worker and there were 2-3 cars in front of me. I told her not to worry and do what she needed. Once she was able to take my order(didn’t wait but 4-5 minutes which was fast being she is the only person there, amazing) she was so kind and still took the time to make the interaction personal even though she was busy. Throughout our entire interaction from her taking my order to her giving me my drink, she was kind, friendly and just all around amazing for her environment at the time, she was very calm presenting. She deserves a raise!!!! We need more people like her in the fast food industry. Also need to stop making ONE person work a whole store for HOURS!"

"The donuts seem like they were yesterday's and it was 7:00 a.m. if you're a veteran they advertise military discount however they will not honor any discount for veterans even though the sign says it. They said active duty only. I recommend they just take the sign down if they don't want to give a discount to veterans or retirees. The cashier stated only active duty. We told her just take your sign down then if you don't want to honor it. Disgraceful."

"Super fast service, really clean store. Got my coffee and a doughnut to start day. Alex and Ms. Kim well all staff amazing. All the doughnuts looked nice one of best stores in franchise can see quality and pride in work."
