"You get a suggested size wear them a day sandal that is go back and say you feel you need a size up and they say get lost you wore them, what I say there are so many other cool shoe stores, what I suggest don’t bother going there you will lose your money, oh and since they were so worn I said well then must not be any good of a sandal let me have a refund please and NO !!!!!!"

"I went to journeys the other day and bought me some shoes. I ended up deciding to return them two days later with the receipt only for the manager to tell me that I couldn’t return them because the shoes had been worn before. Mind you I’m trying to return the same shoes they sold to me with no hesitation just two days prior. But as soon as I try to return them it’s a problem now. The shoes didn’t even look like they had been worn before but rather like someone tried them on since the soles were white. I tried explaining to him that the individual who sold me the shoes said they were the last pair so maybe it was tried on by others before. But to no avail he said he couldn’t return them because once again according to him the shoes had been worn before. So I had to go out of my way to go to another journeys where they were more than happy to return them for me. Manager needs better customer service skills and stop accusing people on something they didn't do."

"I called and asked about a particular converse at the store. Sales rep confirmed over the phone availability of the model and size. I drove to the store for 15 miles and they tell me at the store that they have one size smaller or larger than i asked but not the size i requested. Just like that."

"Located inside the Pembroke Lakes Mall, Journeys is a small store that sells various name brand shoes such as Vans, Converse, Reebok, Adidas, New Balance, Toms, etc. It also sells t-shirts for men & women, backpacks, watches, and socks. Prices are moderate and the sales associates are helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and gives good customer service. If you don't find a particular shoe in the size or color that you want, you can place an order and the merchandise will be shipped to your home"
