"I never, and I promise you I never ever write any bad reviews, but this is insanity. so Thursday night 30 minutes before closing I left my jacket with these guys so that they could be able to work on it by tomorrow or by the soonest time possible right? As soon as I got home an hour after closing, I sent them an email and I had no response back right? So then the next day Friday around one or 2 o’clock in the afternoon I called the guy and he said that he was busy with the customer so he’d call me right back and I said okay… For the next three effing hours, I literally received no callback whatsoever so I called in again 30 minutes before closing and left another additional email an hour after that phone call stating if there’s anything that we could be able to, I still have received no reply for. now this time when I called the store 30 minutes before closing, that’s when one of his employees answered and I just told her that I just wanna pick up my stuff because there’s no way that he was able to forget my stuff considering I literally said two emails about it and called him up myself even though I left my information including my name and phone number when I originally dropped off the jacket. I even let the employee know that I was on the way and that I would be there before closing time but guess what? They conveniently closed early. dude, this is like absolute incomplete bowl like it doesn’t make sense how someone can forget after being contacted several times and my question is why did he even need my contact information the first place if I’m the one that needed to go out my way for him several times? Like honestly like I just wanna choose another embroideries service that wouldn’t forget about the customer needs like I said don’t get me wrong. I understand if people forget about stuff sometimes but again I sent two emails soon to be three and two phone calls and just there’s no care shown for the customer. In response to the owner from me: It even goes to show he just copies and pastes his bad reviews responses if you check the other ones??? Like the bad review is what got you to look AT MY 3 INDIVIDUAL EMAILS??? Shows no effort into going out of the way for customers but it has to me to pursue here? I think what's worse is that he copied and pasted from his other reviews saying "defamation" when it's the truth lol. Don't blame me when you can't deal with the stress don't worry I'll take my jacket off of your hands big regret to think they even belong there in the first place. Good luck running for city hall with little respect for SIMPLE CUSTOMERS."
